The main stars of the Scorpius constellation are Shaula, Sargas, Antares, Alniyat, Graffias, Dschubba. These stars form the main shape of the Scorpius constellation.

Shaula
Shaula, also known as Lambda Scorpii, is the second brightest star in the constellation and is located at the scorpion's stinger.
Sargas
Sargas is the third main star in the constellation, located just below the Shaula star. It's the third brightest star in Scorpius, after Antares and Shaula.
Antares
Antares is the brightest star in the Scorpius constellation. It's a massive red supergiant and one of the largest stars visible to the naked eye without using a telescope.
Alniyat
Alyinat actually refers to a cluster of close stars that form a main point in the Scorpius constellation. It's near the head of the scorpion.
Jabbah
Jabbah is another star cluster at the head of the scorpion, near the Alniyat cluster. They're both very similar in size and mass.
Graffias
Graffias is a star at the claws of the scorpion. It means "claws" and is at the head/claws of the scorpion.
Dschubba
Dschubba is a blue subgiant star at the very tip of the Scorpius constellation. It's a star system and is also called Delta Scorpii.
